BarrySaysNo offers high-quality apparel (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies) and lifestyle accessories (tote bags, pillows, phone cases).

  • Made to Order: All products offered for sale are made to order using high-quality printing and materials.
  • Visual Representation: Product photos are for illustrative purposes. Because items are printed on demand, slight variations in color, size, or design placement may occur compared to the digital mockup.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including texts, images, character designs (specifically the “Barry” character), graphics, logos, and icons—is the exclusive property of BarrySaysNo, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 Prices
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

5.2 Currency Conversion
For customers located outside the United States (or using non-USD accounts), exchange rates and conversion fees may be applied by your payment provider. ShirtBlaze is not responsible for additional currency conversion or transaction fees charged by banks or card issuers.

5.3 Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via approved third-party providers (PayPal or Stripe). An order is confirmed only after full payment has been received. The Website does not store any complete payment information.

6. Production and Shipping

Each item is produced on demand by ShirtBlaze’s global printing partners.

  • Production Time: Average 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Average 2–15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Fulfillment: Orders are typically routed to the production facility closest to the customer to minimize shipping times.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Withdrawal

7.1 Defective or Incorrect Items
Because all products are custom-made to order, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
  2. The item received does not match the size, color, or type ordered.

If one of these cases applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at no@barrysaysno.com with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU Buyers)
Under EU law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. As ShirtBlaze products are produced on demand specifically for each order, they are exempt from this right of withdrawal.

8. Liability

BarrySaysNo cannot be held liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or access to the site.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
  • External production errors beyond its reasonable control.
